Versys 650 LT side case opening dimensions

Could someone please verify the LT's factory side case measurements? In particular, I'm looking for the opening's height and width in inches. Before I pick up a set, I want to make sure my laptop backpack will fit inside. I've looked everywhere, but I haven't found any reliable figures

it's kinda tricky, you know. what you need to do is to visit a dealership, take your laptop backpack to a local Kawasaki dealer and check it right on the spot

Wouldn't you be more comfortable keeping the laptop in a backpack? I'm not trying to ruin your idea, but you can call me paranoid when it comes to the laptop, my job depends on that thing being alive, so I have a backpack with the thickest padding I could find, just in case.

Hey @KawiVenture, I hear you. Those factory specs are annoyingly hard to track down. Did you try checking any riding forums or YouTube reviews? Sometimes people measure their own cases and post it.
